Missions
On June 26, Lynda
Morrison, President and Founder of Rescue Children, was invited to speak
to a dynamic Youth Missions group
during VBS at Laurelwood Baptist Church in Greenville, SC. Click

 Lynda presented a slideshow showing her first visits
into some of the villages in Haiti, as well as the Rescue Children
Orphanage which opened in 2005. Youth Mission participants
were very interested and excited to learn about life in Haiti and moved
by the conditions which exist there. In

It is always a blessing to share the plight of these
beautiful but desperate children of Haiti with others, and especially
youth. This was the first group of youth to invite us to share
Rescue Children, but I trust one day the floodgates will open and many
young folks will become involved. After all, these are the
future leaders of the world.
Thanks to the Youth Missions group at Laurelwood Baptist
for inviting us to share Rescue Children with them.
